Purpose of the role:

As the Navan Group continues to grow and scale, we are looking for you to join and contribute to our joint Reed & Mackay and Navan Commercial team to administer and organize our supplier partnership commitments. Using your natural organizational skills and desire to manage events you will build our partnership fulfilment activities and work on a team that functions as the “business owner” of supplier partnerships. In this opportunity, you will use your influencing and motivating skills to inspire partners to prioritize, implement and scale our partner fulfilment needs exceeding our suppliers’ expectations and internal stakeholders. You will enjoy working in our London office answering queries from both our partners and internal teams

What you’ll do:

  • Optimizing and enhancing our supply partnerships through broadcasting and organizing the fulfilment of supplier engagement to include events such as training lunch and learns, partner showcases, webinars, marketing sponsorships, fam trips, and building supplier adverts in our intranet portal
  • Be go-to-person for internal questions while managing day to day operational support to include redirecting questions of supply partnerships to various teams, broadcasting partnership updates and activities as relative to stakeholders’ attention, and fielding partnership inquiries from shared mailboxes
  • Maintain internal database of supplier attributes, supplier advertising and supplier team area on intranet to inform stakeholders
  • Identifying trends through data analysis to to provide informed conclusions to support decision making across the business.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a hyper-growth environment
  • Education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business, economics, marketing, hospitality field or related discipline required
  • Industry experience preferred: adequate experience in working within a supplier organization of corporate or online travel agency
  • Skills/technologies/other experience: GDS, Salesforce, Tableau, Google suite, Microsoft suite required.
