Leadership Academy

Developed by our in-house experts, our leadership academy starts with Aspire, our programme for new or aspiring team managers. Recognised by the CMI, this robust 6-month programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need as you begin your leadership journey, giving you the opportunity to work on organisation-wide projects or lead a steering committee, all under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

To date, over 49 employees have graduated from Aspire, and 7 of our graduates have
been promoted in the past year.

Our Subject Specialist Network connects our employees around the globe by providing a platform for people to share their expertise with others, whether work-related or personal.
A global career progression mentoring programme gives our people insights into different business functions and roles, and our cultural buddies support colleagues to enhance their working relationships across cultures.

We also offer in-house 1-1 coaching to unlock our employees potential and optimise performance by focusing on specific skills and goals.

We offer a wide range of government-funded apprenticeship programs in the UK for existing employees, including leadership and management, HR skills, cyber security and travel operations.
